Simple and elegant, the Gemstone Heart Twisted Wire Ring is a longtime Customer favorite. A heart-shaped faceted gemstone is prominently displayed inside a sterling silver frame and mounted on a twisted wire band. Choose your favorite gemstone hue, based on personal preference or significant meaning such as a stone representing a birth or anniversary month. Stack more than one heart gemstone ring of varying stone colors to represent multiple milestones. The inside of the band can be engraved for an even more personal touch.
